SNEAK PEAK!
I've been having a fantastic time in my studio making my new collection for
the winter show tour! It is always such a pleasure to walk in and see all of
the gemstones scattered about my work table just waiting to be made into a
piece of jewelry. Here is a little sneak peak of what's to come!

I want to thank everyone for such a wonderful summer show tour! It was
such a pleasure to get to meet many of you in person! I'm now happily in
my studio preparing for my late fall and winter shows. I have so many
gorgeous new gems and fossils to play with. I can't wait to show off the new
collection! Updates to the online shops are coming very soon!
And I am happy to announce that I now accept credit cards! Thank you all
for your patience as I researched which company would be the best to
work with. So now at all of my shows and at my studio I can accept your

The special issue of Bead&Button magazine entitled "Guide to Easy Jewelry
Designs" which features an article I wrote is now on newsstands
everywhere! Make sure to get your copy today! It is such an honor to be a
part of the Bead&Button family. I had a wonderful time working on the
article and was constantly impressed by the editorial staff at the magazine.
My article can be found on page 76 and is written for the hobbyist who is
ready to find their own personal style and develop their jewelry making into
an artform! I walk the reader through four simple steps to help you find your

MY "AHA MOMENT" WITH MUTUAL OF OMAHA
A few weeks ago Mutual of Omaha contacted me about coming to film a
commercial for their "Aha Moments" campaign. I was incredibly shocked
and honored to be asked! It was so much fun to film and now you can see
the end result online! I'm very happy with how it turned out and am looking
forward to seeing how Mutual of Omaha will choose to use it in the future!
In the short film I talk about the inspiration behind my jewelry and how it

preview at the Dooryard Gallery on the 21st! I had a lot of fun talking with
everyone and I truly enjoyed doing my first-ever live demonstration.
Likewise, I'd like to give a special thanks to my models! The fashion show
went perfectly. I am excited about my new collection and am happy to
announce that many of the pieces are now available at my online shops at
ETSY and 1000 MARKETS! Every few days I will continue to add more
pieces (it's all about marketing with the online shops...when you add a few
pieces every few days your shop is on the main page more often and more
people see it).

WINGS OF ANGELS ENDOWMENT
The Wings of Angels Endowment Fund was established to support families,
patients, and professionals of the Cardiac ICU in the fight against congenital
heart disease. The funds raised from this event will go toward creating a
healing garden for enjoyment and to promote a sense of tranquility and
happiness for the people affected by this terrible disease.

WATERTOWN ART FESTIVAL
I received my first notice of acceptance for my summer show tour! I am proud
to announce that I will be a part of the 2010 Watertown Art Festival! This is a
fantastic art festival filled with talented artists in various mediums and gorgeous
scenery. The festival itself takes place on a small island surrounded by the
beauty of water and trees. It is the perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon in
June...June 20 to be exact! I will be posting more information as we get closer
to the date but I wanted to share the news! It is an honor to be a part of this
prestigious show put on by the Watertown Arts Council.

BEADSTYLE MAGAZINE
Hi everyone! I just got over a crazy hybrid of the flu and a cold so please
excuse my delay in letting you know that the issue of BeadStyle magazine
featuring my jewelry is now on newsstands everywhere! It's the January, 2010
issue. I am featured on pages 96-98 in the "Making Bail" article which is all
about how I make my signature free-form sterling silver wire bails. This is
such a huge honor and I am so excited! It was a real treat to see it on the
shelves at my local grocery store!
I am so grateful for your constant support and encouragement. And for those of
you who stopped by to see me and purchase some jewelry at the show last
month...thank you! I had a wonderful time meeting everyone and it was my
most successful show yet! 2009 has certainly been filled with a multitude of
blessings.
